RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

 

At Far East Ukulele Company, all of our products have a far east heritage; and indeed, all are crafted in and shipped directly from Asia. Therefore, shipping expenses that we pay are typically rather costly. As a result, while routine returns are accepted, refunds will be made minus the associated shipping costs round trip plus expenses for unwanted items.

***We will still, however, be pleased to offer, at NO COST to the customer, instrument replacements or replacement parts in cases of manufacturer's defect, or damage through shipping under our Replacement Guarantee.

 

SHIPPING:

TURN AROUND TIME:  Most of our products are shipped within 3-5 business days. If you would like an update regrding when your instrument(s) will be shipped, please feel free to contact us at FarEastUkuleleCompany@gmail.com.

Shipping is offered via local carrier internationally, then typically handed off to FedEx, UPS or DHL in the destination country.
